Please read these terms carefully before using findbets.co.uk (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by them.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Domain Farm Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13544286, VAT number GB435224124, whose registered office is at Vantage House, Euxton Lane, Euxton, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 6TB ("FindBets", "we", "us", "our").
2. What FindBets is
FindBets is a free-to-use comparison and information site covering UK bookmakers, betting offers and free bets.
We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept bets or hold customer funds, and we are not a gambling operator. We publish reviews, comparisons and guides to help you find and compare bookmakers, and we link through to bookmakers' own websites where you can open an account and place bets directly with them, subject to their own terms.
3. Age and location restrictions
The Site and the products it links to are intended for adults in the United Kingdom only. You must be 18 or over to use FindBets or to click through to any bookmaker featured on it. Gambling laws and the legal age for gambling vary outside the UK, and it's your responsibility to check the rules that apply where you are before acting on anything you read here.
4. Affiliate commission disclosure
FindBets earns revenue through affiliate marketing. This means that if you click through to a bookmaker from our Site and go on to open an account or place a bet, we may receive a commission from that bookmaker or its affiliate network. This comes at no additional cost to you: your odds, your offer terms and what you pay are unaffected by whether you came to the bookmaker via FindBets.
Some or all of the bookmakers featured on the Site have a commercial relationship with us. We disclose this so it's clear how we're funded, and because we believe transparency matters when we're helping you make a decision about your money.
5. Editorial independence
Our commercial relationships with bookmakers do not determine our rankings, ratings or reviews. We assess bookmakers against the same criteria regardless of whether they pay us commission, and a bookmaker cannot pay to improve its review score or its position in a comparison table. Where we're aware of a material issue with a bookmaker, such as regulatory action or a pattern of customer complaints, we'll reflect that honestly, whether or not we have a commercial relationship with that operator.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of the bookmakers listed on this Site, beyond the affiliate arrangements described above.
6. Accuracy of information, odds and offers
We do our best to keep prices, odds, offers and bookmaker details accurate and up to date, but odds and offers change frequently and often without notice, and bookmakers can withdraw, alter or restrict promotions at any time.
We give no warranty or guarantee that any odds, offer, bonus, free bet or other information on the Site is current, complete or error-free at the point you read it. Always check the details, terms and eligibility criteria on the bookmaker's own website before you sign up or place a bet: their terms are the ones that apply, not ours.
7. Not gambling, financial or medical advice
Content on FindBets is provided for general information only and does not amount to gambling, financial or medical advice, and it should not be treated as a recommendation to gamble or to use any particular bookmaker. Any decision to bet is yours alone and carries risk, including the risk of losing money.

8. Third-party sites
The Site links to bookmakers' and other third parties' websites. We don't control those sites, and we're not responsible for their content, their terms, their availability or how they handle your data once you leave FindBets. Your use of any linked site is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.
9. Intellectual property
The content, design and layout of the Site, excluding bookmaker logos and trademarks which remain the property of their respective owners, belongs to Domain Farm Ltd or its licensors. You may view and share pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, scrape or republish substantial parts of the Site without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domain Farm Ltd excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including losses connected to bets placed with a third-party bookmaker. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where the law doesn't allow such exclusion.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, our affiliate relationships or the law. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown above.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them or to your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
